These apartments are perfectly located for business travellers working at Aztec West in Bradley Stoke. Only a couple of minutes drive from Junction 17 of the M5 with easy access to Cribbs Causeway, Abbey Wood and the North Bristol Business Parks.
The Bristol inner ring road is just 5 minutes away giving easy access to Frenchay hospital, Bristol & Bath Science Park, the M32/M4 motorways and Bristol city centre.
Local metro stores, a leisure centre, a Tesco superstore and retail park are just minutes from the apartments. With over 100 shops and restaurants at the Mall Shopping Centre a 5 minute drive away, these apartments give you great flexibility.
Bristol International Airport is located 19 miles from our Orchard Gate development in Bradley Stoke. There is an Airport Express Link bus service between the airport and Bristol City Centre, at a cost of approx £10.00 per adult return, details of this can be found on the Bristol airport website. Once in the city centre, local bus and train services are available to Bradley Stoke.

Bristol City bus station is approximately 11 miles from the apartments. Local and national bus services run from here. There are regular local services to and from Bradley Stoke. More info
The Orchard Gate development is located approximately 1 mile from the M5 Junction 16 and just off the A38 if travelling from Bristol City Centre
Bristol Parkway railway station is just under 2 miles away from the apartments. The journey time is approximately 7 minutes by car or 35 minutes to walk. More info

Should you book direct or via an agency?

This is done to provide transparency and also to give you confidence in making the correct choice of apartment from our six locations in Bristol.
Booking through an agency or intermediary affords you no additional benefit as all bookings are subject to the same terms and conditions – same cancellation policy, same rates for additional services etc. In fact booking direct with us gives us more flexibility. In the event of a late cancellation we are often able to make a refund (or part refund) to direct bookers but are unable to do so for bookings provided by other intermediaries.

Free cancellation - If you cancel 14 days prior the arrival date. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Prepayment - The total price of the apartment will be charged 2 weeks prior to your arrival (minus any deposit already taken).
Policies - Please note, we have a strict no "Hen" or "Stag" party policy in all of our apartments, and all our apartments are non smoking.

At Alderman Apartments we pride ourselves on offering our guests a real “home from home” experience. With that in mind we expect you to behave as though you were at home. Think of your neighbours – some of them are elderly or have young families – treat them with respect as this really is their home. So please no parties, no loud music and no coming home in the early hours worse for wear! If any of these things are what you have in mind then we are not the place for you.
Also we ask you to take care of the apartment - someone else has to move in just hours after you have moved out and to treat our staff with understanding as they are trying their hardest to give you a great experience when you stay with us.
