Each modern apartment boasts a range of facilities for your comfort including a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. 3 bed apartments sleep up to 6 guests. 3 x double beds.

Standard 2 bed apartments sleep up to 5 guests (4 guests at standard rates). 2 x double beds.

Executive 2 bed apartments sleep up to 5 guests (4 guests at standard rates). 2 x double beds. Some Executive 2 bed apartments can be arranged to have 1 double bed and twin beds in the second bedroom, subject to availability.

1 bed apartment sleeps up to 3 guests (2 guests at standard rates). 1 double bed.

ADDITIONAL BEDS
One additional bed for a 3rd guest (in a 1 bedroom apartment) or a 5th guest (in a 2 bedroom apartment) or those not wishing to share beds can be added subject to availability - see 'Services' for additional charge information. Maximum occupancies shown cannot be exceeded.

PARKING
Garage parking on request, subject to availability - see 'Services' for additional charge information. Please book in advance. Your allocated space will be stated in your Welcome letter.

Bristol City Centre Location

Our Hamilton Court development is superbly located for the university of Bristol, the BBC, the BRI hospital and Bristol city centre. Just a couple of hundred metres away is the new Cabot Circus shopping centre with its exclusive shops, restaurants and bars.

Some of Bristol's most popular leisure attractions are within walking distance of the apartments including the waterfront, the Hippodrome and Brunnel’s historic and award winning SS Great Britain.

The M32 and the national motorway network is just 0.5 miles away and the central bus station less than a 5 minute walk away (direct link to Bristol airport) which makes this a great choice when staying in Bristol.

By Air
Bristol International Airport is located 8.5 miles from our Hamilton Court development. There is an Airport Express Link bus service between the airport and Bristol City Centre, at a cost of approx £10.00 adult return, details of this can be found on the Bristol airport website. If you get off at Bristol City bus station, Hamilton Court is less than 5 minutes walk away.

Hamilton Court is located approximately 6 miles from Junction 19 of the M4 motorway, and less than 1 mile from the end of the M32 motorway.

By Train
Bristol Temple Meads railway station is located 1 mile from Hamilton Court and will take just 15-20 minutes to walk. Alternatively as the apartment is located adjacent to Bristol Bus station, there are frequent local bus and taxi services available to take you. More info

For bookings of 29 nights or more VAT is charged at a reduced rate (currently 4%) from day 29 onwards.

Should you book direct or via an agency?

Some links on our website show you reviews added by guests that have stayed with us through agencies/ intermediaries such as booking.com or laterooms and you may also find links to reviews placed on Trip Advisor. This is done to provide transparency and also to give you confidence in making the correct choice of apartment from our six locations in Bristol.

Booking through an agency or intermediary affords you no additional benefit as all bookings are subject to the same terms and conditions – same cancellation policy, same rates for additional services etc. In fact booking direct with us gives us more flexibility. In the event of a late cancellation we are often able to make a refund (or part refund) to direct bookers but are unable to do so for bookings provided by other intermediaries.

Free cancellation - If you cancel 14 days prior the arrival date. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Prepayment - The total price of the apartment will be charged 2 weeks prior to your arrival (minus any deposit already taken).

Policies - Please note, we have a strict no "Hen" or "Stag" party policy in all of our apartments, and all our apartments are non smoking.

Check out time - by 10 am

At Alderman Apartments we pride ourselves on offering our guests a real “home from home” experience. With that in mind we expect you to behave as though you were at home. Think of your neighbours – some of them are elderly or have young families – treat them with respect as this really is their home. So please no parties, no loud music and no coming home in the early hours worse for wear! If any of these things are what you have in mind then we are not the place for you.

Also we ask you to take care of the apartment - someone else has to move in just hours after you have moved out and to treat our staff with understanding as they are trying their hardest to give you a great experience when you stay with us.
