This elegant collection of apartments, all individually designed and furnished to the highest standards have stylish interiors and wi-fi access. Some apartments have a private patio garden. Enjoy a modern interior, bright & warm colours, huge top to bottom windows that allows lots of sunshine. Fully equipped kitchen giving you the freedom to eat what you want when you want.

    There is no lift at this location.

    Studio apartments sleep up to 2 guests. 1 x double bed. Ground floor.

    1 bed apartments sleep up to 2 guests. 1 x double bed. 4th floor.

    1 bed superior apartments sleep up to 2 guests. 1 x double bed. Ground floor.

    2 bed superior apartments sleep up to 5 guests (4 guests at standard rates). 2 x double beds. Ground floor.

    ADDITIONAL BEDS

    One additional bed for a 5th guest (in the 2 bedroom apartment) or those not wishing to share beds can be added subject to availability - see 'Services' for additional charge information. No additional beds are available for the studio or 1 bedroom apartments. Maximum occupancies shown cannot be exceeded.

    Off road parking on request, subject to availability - see 'Services' for additional charge information. Please book in advance. Your allocated space will be stated in your Welcome letter.

     

    Cotham, within easy walking distance of Clifton and Whiteladies Road.

     

    Brilliantly appointed brand new apartments superbly located for the university, the BBC, the BRI and Childrens hospitals and Bristol city centre. Apartments are located within walking distance of Whiteladies Road and Clifton Village. The Downs, Bristol Zoo and Brunel's Suspension Bridge are all close by.

    The Clifton Down Shopping Centre is opposite the bottom of Cotham Hill. As well as a good mixture of shops, there are a large number of bars and eating places along Whiteladies Road.

    Bristol International Airport is located approximately 9 miles from our Cotham Lawn development. There is an Airport Express Link bus service between the airport and Bristol City Centre, at a cost of approx £10.00 per adult return, details of this can be found on the Bristol airport website. If you alight at the Clifton Triangle West stop, Cotham Lawn is just a 5-10 minute walk away.

    A pre-booked taxi transfer with Checker Cars – the airport’s dedicated Taxi service can be booked from Bristol airport to the apartments by calling +44-1275475000

    Bristol City bus station is just one mile from Cotham Lawn. Local and national bus services depart and arrive here. There are frequent buses to and from the bus station to either the University or Clifton Triangle. More info here

In the event of a late cancellation we are often able to make a refund (or part refund) to direct bookers but are unable to do so for bookings provided by agencies or other intermediaries.

    At Alderman Apartments we pride ourselves on offering our guests a real “home from home” experience. With that in mind we expect you to behave as though you were at home.
