An exciting development comprises a stylish and elegant collection of one, two bedroom and studio apartments, all individually designed and furnished to the highest standards. Fully equipped kitchen giving you the freedom to eat what you want when you want.

Our Cotham Lawn development consists of apartments spread over 3 Floors. Please note that there is no lift in the building.

Superior 2 bedroom apartment is on the ground floor with a private patio. Sleeps max 4 people, 2x double beds, 2x bathrooms.

Executive 1 bedroom apartments are on the 3rd floor and suitable for max. 2 people. Apartments are located on the 3rd floor with lovely views over scenic Cotham. Some 1 bedroom apartments have shower over bath and some shower only. Double bed.

Superior 1 bedroom apartment with private patio. Sleeps max 2 peope, double bed.

The Studio apartment is on the ground floor and suitable for max. 2 people. It has an individual shower. Double bed.

Parking - Off road parking available on request, please book in advance. Your allocated space will be stated on your permit. Please notify us in advance if you have a large car as some parking restrictions exist at this development.

Clifton is an inner suburb of the English port city of Bristol. Clifton was recorded in the Domesday book as Clistone, the name of the village denoting a 'hillside settlement' and referring to its position on a steep hill. Although it is full of large town houses, most of these have been turned in apartments and some into serviced apartments to meet the demands of residents and visitors to this most beautiful part of the city.

Although the suburb has no formal boundaries, Clifton is generally applied to the high ground stretching from Whiteladies Road in the east to the rim of the Avon Gorge in the west, and from Clifton Down and Durdham Down in the north to Cornwallis Crescent in the south. The whole area is full of stylish houses and, more recently, trendy apartments.

Clifton is one of the oldest and most affluent areas of Bristol, much of it having been built with profits from tobacco and the slave trade. Grand houses were built in the area. Although some were detached or semi-detached properties, the bulk were built as terraces, many with three or more floors. In the modern era these buildings in Clifton were ideal to be converted into multiple apartments. One famous terrace is the majestic Royal York Crescent, which has many apartments. Berkeley Square which was built around 1790 is an example of Georgian architecture which is where you can find many hotels and other types of short term accommodation such as serviced apartments.

The location of this apartment was great, about 10-15 minutes walk to Clifton Triangle. It was clean and spacious enough for 4 girls especially with it having a bathroom and en-suite. The allocated parking space was a bonus but free parking was easily found in the street for additional cars. I would definitely stay here again especially as part of a group, as it works out cheaper than 2 double rooms in a hotel with the bonus of having a living room and kitchen.

Excellent apartment, would highly recommend
We stayed here on Friday and Saturday night. The apartment is beautifully decorated and is very modern. The kitchen has adequate crockery etc to ensure we could prepare meals whilst staying there. It has a real home from home feel and we (2 couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is very good value for money and far more comfortable than a hotel. It is a short taxi ride from the city centre if that is what you're coming for.
