Bristol Half Marathon
Anchor Road (Start)
The Half Marathon is one of the UK's leading road races. Watch as the runners race through the historic old city, scenic Avon and harbourside, raising considerable amounts of money for local and national charities.

International Festival of Kites & Air Creations
Ashton Court
The Festival is one of the region’s most distinctive and colourful public events, attracting spectators and enthusiasts of all ages and kite flyers from around the world. As well as a fantastic kite extravaganza the event provides the UK’s only showcase for designers, operators and manufacturers of inflatables, play structures and air sculptures.

We Will Rock You
The Bristol Hippodrome
A new chapter in theatre history – “We Will Rock You” - a rock ‘theatrical’ which defied all comparisons and has gone on to rock London’s West End and theatres around the world now at The Bristol Hippodrome, one of only four UK theatres on the tour.
