Together with the confirmation of your reservation, Alderman Apartments will send you an email containing all the information you need for your arrival:
- Location and address of apartment
- Your key arrangements
- Emergency and support phone numbers
Please print this confirmation email and take it with you. If any difficulty occurs we have an emergency mobile number which is stated in the Confirmation email, Welcome letter and also in the Information Pack in the apartments.
In most developments keys will be left for collection with the housekeeper directly at the development.
Valid credit card and photo Id are required to be presented at check in.
Information packs are available in the apartment with detailed instructions for appliances, location of parking and useful local information.
During your stay at the Alderman apartments we ask you to contact us IMMEDIATELY if you find anything missing or in bad condition or if you accidentally break anything so that we can fix or settle whatever it is. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something which can be fixed or replaced for you.
