For me the apartment worked brilliantly. It was close to my family and parking outside with a toddler in tow was an added bonus. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable for my needs. I will definitely visit again and would be interested in any midweek or weekend offers you have. I regularly need to visit my aged father! The only negative comments I have are that for what is advertised as a luxury apartment, the towels were definitely not luxurious and the shower was very slow. I would bring my own towels next time which is a shame.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Cotham Lawn Apartments. It was the perfect location, the downside being the hill on the journey back up to the apartment, we got to see all of Bristol during our stay there, and all of the information we needed we found in the apartment itself.

We had a great time and choosing an apartment over a hotel was definitely worth doing. Plenty of space and relaxing room, no being stuck in a hotel room with nothing to do. Overall, this apartment was excellent -despite the camp bed! Although the third bed (camp bed) was uncomfortable, all other aspects of the accommodation were excellent. The extractor fan in the bathroom was not working, though, but there were no faults or disappointments with any other aspect of the flat. If we returned to Bristol, we would certainly use Alderman again, and would recommend our friends not only visited Bristol (which was a very interesting city), but also used Alderman for accommodation. We were very happy with our visit and your service.

Great location and bijou flat
Very clean, had everything we needed. Apartment was a little on the small side but it was perfectly fine for two people. Had a parking space which was great. Only gripe was that only one pillow was provided per person. Brilliant value for money and great flexibility if you don't mind cooking for yourself or eating out. Lots of cafes and shops only 2 mins walk away so great location. Would definitely recommend vs a more expensive, less modern hotel.

From 8th May 08 to 27th June 2009. I had occupied 1 bed apartment in Magdalena court. I had a very wonderful experience. I really enjoyed my stay. Its simply excellent , I could settle in quickly. Well furnished , good home appliances and very well maintained. Good location near Temple meads. Thanks for all the help & co-operation

We had to use Aldermans apartments as a last minute decision (trouble with other holiday accommodation caused us to move on sooner than we had planned). We found Aldermans through an internet search, and we're absolutely delighted we did. They were extremely helpful in organising our last minute booking. The apartment was superb (though the only downside was the 2 flights of stairs to get there - not easy with 2 kids). It was spacious, light, airy, clean, and had everything we could have possibly needed. The self check-in also worked perfectly for us too. Thank you again for a lovely last-minute stay. We will be returning to Bristol again and will definitely be keen to stay again with you.

After making the booking, I was called and offered a substitute apartment, I followed the link provided to view the new option and Alderman took it from there. The key pick up was simple - the only issue was the automatic garage door would not operate on the Sunday, but luckily the street parking was free so it didn't matter.
The apartment was virtually brand new, on a street right near the centre, very convenient. If I need to stay in Bristol again I would definitely take this option - comparable price to a hotel room for 2 and with your own kitchen and living room!

Lovely apartments and a very convenient location
It was booked by a colleague for us, but the apartment was very impressive and we felt very relaxed. It was excellent value for money.
3 most essential things for me when I am staying away from home are: location, price and comfort. All three were excellent. Easy key service, it takes the stress out of our day. If I find myself working in Bristol again I will definitely rebook with you. Thanks!

Bright, comfortable alternative to hotel accommodation.
These apartments are located in a safe and scenic area of Bristol, within close proximity of the university, a supermarket, shops and restaurants, but quiet at night. The kitchen was very well equipped with a washing machine too, the bed was very comfy, and my fourth floor apartment had a lovely view. The only thing I missed was a desk/table suitable for computer work.

Great Alternative to B&B
Great little apartment. Nicely located in Cotham, just on the edge of Clifton, about 20 min walk to the suspension bridge and about the same to the city centre (though beware, if you don't know Bristol, it is hilly). Apartment was not huge but perfectly adequate for a couple, kitchen was stocked with pans, glasses, plates, washing up liquid and even a tea pot, fantastic. We were lucky enough to get the top floor with nice views. Customer service was very friendly. My only criticism would be parking. The car park is very, very tight. If you've got anything bigger than a Smart car be prepared to park on the street (which may mean a couple of mins walk) if anyone is in the car park. But beside this, highly recommend.

We're really pleased we chose to stay in the studio apartment. Our daughter is at Bristol University and shares a flat in the Redland area as do many other students. This arrangement was perfect for meeting up with her. We don't like hotels and the guest houses in the area weren't close enough and didn't look very exciting. I'm sure her friends parents would prefer an apartment to the guest house/hotel alternative - we'll spread the word!

Good quality apartment within walking distance of the City Centre. Parking is not good before 6pm but there is an option (for an extra price) to use the underground car park.

best apartments I ever stayed so far. Brand new apartments, lovely furniture and spotless clean. It was a great location for everything we needed, the city centre and Waterfront. We have had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. It made a nice change to be able to plan our visit without worrying about vacation for cleaning staff or reception opening/closing times. It has been a real home from home - with everything needed available. We will be using Alderman again.

Weekend Stay over Easter
Excellent city centre location. Secure parking; drop the car and walk everywhere. The room was clean and fresh and comfortably furnished. Slight problem with the immersion heater for the hot water - check timer is set to suitable periods. A proper city pad.

Thank you for a very comfortable stay at the apartment - I am sure we will book again as our Son is at Uni there, and the apartments are very well positioned.
The situation of the apartment was very convenient for visiting the centre of Bristol and our student son, which was the purpose of our visit. The parking was particularly important to us and was excellent. Instructions of how to collect keys etc were very clear and when we had a query about access this was dealt with efficiently over the telephone. The apartment was well laid out with good facilities....

I couldn't fault my stay in the apartments as I thought it was extremely clean with lots of facilities - microwave, dishwasher, and also had toilet roll and towels which I didn't think a self - catering apartment would have.
However the code that I was given to open the safe for the keys to the apartment was the wrong code, and when we rang the help number, we were told to leave a message. Luckily there was a lady that rang another lady to get the correct code & she opened the safe for us.
Other than that, they stay was excellent. Also especially enjoyed the DVDs and CDs that were also left! Very homely and in an excellent location. Should I visit Bristol again, I would indeed stay here.

This was a fantastic apartment! It easily slept 5 big lads on a weekend in Bristol. Spacious, great balcony and views. Good location - a nice 10-15 stroll to Whiteladies Rd. - ideal as a base for enjoying the delights of the city. Service, instructions and arrangements were first rate - absolutely no problems and would thoroughly recommend. The only possible gripe would be the early check out time (10am) - although the nice cleaners gave us an extra 90mins grace to get our heads together after a big night out!
