Arrivals and Departures in Alderman Serviced Apartments
We operate a key safe service that allows our guests access to the apartments at convenient time, and a fast check out service. 
Together with the confirmation of your reservation, Alderman Apartments will send you an email containing all the information you need for your arrival:
- Location and address of apartment
- Your key arrangements
- Emergency and support phone numbers
Please print this confirmation email and take it with you. There is no reception , if any difficulty occurs we have an emergency mobile number which is stated in the Confirmation email, Welcome letter and also in the Information Pack in the apartments.
We operate self check in.
You can access your key at the date of your arrival from 3pm at your convenience. A Welcome letter will be enclosed with the key. If you booked parking, garage fob or parking permit will be enclosed in the envelope together with the keys.
Information packs are available in the apartment with detailed instructions for appliances, location of parking and useful local information.
During your stay at the Alderman apartments we ask you to contact us IMMEDIATELY if you find anything missing or in bad condition or if you accidentally break anything so that we can fix or settle whatever it is. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something which can be fixed or replaced for you.
You have an express checkout process - just leave the key as instructed in the Welcome letter.
